Notes: Rare 1st Generation Leedy Broadway Dual with solid one-piece mahogany shell. Features two sets of snares, one under the top head and one under the bottom head.
The tension rods are re-cut from longer original Leedy rods from a Leedy field drum. The wood grommet is a replacement. Throw-off works well and both extension arms are
present with one thumb screw being a replacement. Covering is tight with no cracks or chips and only a slight fade. Chrome hardware (not nickel) with some typical loss of plating from the
lugs. The bottom snares are original wire wound silk, top snares are replacements. Top rim stamped Leedy Indianapolis, bottom rim stamped BROADWAY DUAL.
Excellent collector piece but also a great sounding player's instrument.
