Notes:  The Leedy model 992 is the perfect instrument for the working percussionist. It is a full size 3 1/2 octave concert xylophone with a legendary sound that also breaks down into
small pieces that are easy to move and store. Extremely sturdy frame is in excellent, all original condition. Rosewood bars are in excellent, original condition. There are some scratches in
the finish and a few mallet marks but no chipping, splintering, or edge wear. The nickel plating on the frame is in very good overall condition. There is a little rust on the wheels and a few
spots in the legs. Original felt under the keys is still supple and in excellent condition. Original insulators and strings. Terrific sounding instrument for all types of music and ensemble sizes.
