Notes: Ludwig & Ludwig 1947 No. 35 Standard deluxe snare drum re-wrapped in Sea Shell Pearl. We don't normally add re-wrapped drums to our collection but this
drum is so attractive that we couldn't resist. All hardware is original Ludwig & Ludwig from 1947 including compensation separate tension imperial lugs, controlled response extension
snare strainer, double flanged nickel over brass rims, and internal tone control. The controlled response snare strainer allows the snare to be set in three positions including complete
throw-off, complete throw-on, or semi-loose snare adjustment. The shell is 3-ply with a white painted interior in excellent condition. The white enamel badge is a Ludwig & Ludwig
from Elkhart Indiana. The tension rods on the bottom head are replacements as are the wire snares. This will also sound terrific with our gut our airline cable snares.
This is a great opportunity to own a terrific sounding drum from the 1940's at a very reasonable price.
