Notes: Vintage 47" long set of solid brass sleigh bells. This set includes 17 bells in a mixture of sizes producing a rich, full sound.
The bells are all solid brass with the following mixture of sizes:
#2 (small) - 4
#3 (medium) - 8
#4 (large) - 5
The leather strap is new with some of the bells permanently attached and some of the bells attached with leather laces that allow one or more of the bells to be removed to adjust
the overall sound of the set. The outer 8 bells, four on each end, are permanently attached. The inner 9 bells can be easily removed in all or part. This gives the player
maximum flexibility in creating the desired sound. The full set sounds great for Holiday themed music where a full, loud sound is required. Remove a few bells from the strap
and you have the perfect set for Mahler 4. This is an ideal set of sleigh bells for all the repertoire you are likely to encounter.
