Notes: This is a rare and attractive WWII era WFL "Victorious" model field drum. Produced during the war by WFL to comply with wartime regulations controlling the amount of metal
that could be used in the production of drums. This drum has a unique internal tensioning system that uses internal expansion wood hoops, controlled by key-tension rods,
to apply equal tension to the heads. There are six key tension rods around the center of the drum that accept a standard drum key for tensioning. This drum has all original
parts in excellent condition. Original sticky back aluminum WFL badge and wire wound silk snares. No cracked lugs or broken parts but some wear in mahogany finish.
This is a rare opportunity to own a unique piece of American drum history and WWII memorabilia.
