Notes: Matching pair of Walter Light Mark XI timpani in 26" and 29" head sizes. Heavy, hammered copper parabolic bowls, with aircraft grade aluminum frame. Pedal mechanism, clutch, and fine tuning in excellent working condition. All chromed steel and bronze fittings with steel tension rods. These drums do not have a serial number or name plate which dates the drums to the late 60's or early 70's. There is some plating loss on one of the fine tuning rods but otherwise the drum are in excellent condition. Walter Light drums are famous for their sound and quality. This is a rare opportunity to own a fine set of professional quality timpani. The drums are in unrestored, but excellent, condition. Complete with felt lined, wooden head covers.
