Hinger Private Collection Now Available
A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
This reproduction Leedy Parallel snare-tensioning knob fits a second generation Leedy Parallel throw-off with the cast arm; circa 1935-38. We have knobs that fit both the first and the second configuration of the second generation Leedy Parallel throw-off. The two configurations appear the same but thread onto the mechanism slightly differently. Original knobs tend to break off from being hit or bumped. These reproductions are made of brass and are available in the following finishes: brass, chrome-plated and nickel-plated.
