This is an extremely rare, top-of-the-line Deluxe Deagan xylophone with Nagaed bars. It is truly an amazing instrument to see, hear, and play. The bars are a full 2 1/4" wide by 1 1/4" thick across the entire range, which gives the instrument a huge sound and makes it very easy to play. This instrument is completely original except for the strings and springs. Century Mallet Service recently tuned and refinished the bars but maintained their original low pitch tuning. The frame is in perfect shape with no flaws in the plating; the resonators are also in excellent shape with no splits or dents. The bottom six tubes are tunable. At a full four octaves this xylophone is 84” long.
