Hinger Private Collection Now Available
A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
Nice vintage drum head box from late 1950’s to early 1960’s when drummers had a choice of calf skin heads or new Plastitone or Weatherking (plastic) heads. These make nice drum Art displays. This one is in excellent condition, no tears to the box. Bottom end labeled “Standard Tom Tom 16.” Top tab reads “AMERICAN RAWHIDE MANUFACTURING CO. 1103 North Branch Street. Chicago 22, Illinois.” This is just the box no head inside.
