Beatiful, all original Ocean Liner imitation. This whistle measures 13 1/2" L x 4" W x 2 3/8" H and produces a beautiful deep, pure tone that imitates a large ship like an ocean liner or a fog horn, As shown in the attached pre-1920 Dixie Music House catalog, this ocean liner imitation is in perfect condition and looks great. The natural wood mouth piece is tight and and the natural wood finish is in excellent condition with only minor scratches and a few small light spots on the bottom. These whistles are hard to find today and produce a unique sound unmatched by any other whistle. THis will make a nice addition to any early 20th century sound effect collection.
