Hinger Private Collection Now Available
A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
Superb pair of 1950's Slingerland Gene Krupa model drum sticks. As shown in the attached 1955 Slingerlnd catalog, the Gene Krupa model drum stick has a place of its own in the Slingerland line up. This pair is in excellent condition. The sticks do not look as if they were played more than a couple of times. The original lacquer finish is in great shape and the green logo and model stamp are still easy to read. Both sticks are a bit warped but there is no splitting or chipping and there are only a couple of tiny dents on the shafts. These hard to find sticks are the perfect accessory for your late 40's or early 50's Radio King outfit.
