A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
This is a perfectly preserved all original set of Deagan model 1526 "Special" orchestra bells. The model 1526 has 7/8" wide, flat top bars. Orchestra bells of this size are perfect for a working percussionist. They have that great Deagan sound in a small package, making them easier to transport and able to fit into tighter spaces on stage or in a pit. This set if in perfect condition and comes with an extra high c# to extend its range. The folding oak case is in terrific condition and comes complete with a pair of new leather handles. This is a great sounding gigging instrument at a great price for any working percussionist.
