Hinger Private Collection Now Available
A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
This is a great spring Leedy cymbal attachment from the early 1930's. As shown in the attached 1932 Leedy catalog, this cymbal arm extension slips over the end of a standard 5/16" cymbal arm. It's overall length is 2 3/4" and extends the arm by about two total inches. The spring cradle supports the cymbal but allows it to rock gently back and forth when played. These are rare attachments that add a lot of interest to a vintage 1930's Leedy or Ludwig outfit.
