Hinger Private Collection Now Available
A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
This is a rare Slingerland brand Champion Cymbal Holder from the 1930's in mint condition. As shown in the attached 1939 Slingerland catalog, this holder can be clamped anywhere on the bass drum and allows the arm to be placed at any angle. This offering comes complete with the Slingerland stamped mount and our reproduction 3/8" z-arm that is 34" in overall length. This set-up gives the player of a vintage 1930's outfit the maximum height and adjustability compared to any other cymbal arm from the era. It is in mint condition and works perfectly.
