This is a rare 1898 edition of Harry A. Bower's Imperial Method for the Drum. Given it's age, this copy is in amazing overall condition. All pages are intact with no tears or missing pages. Both the front and back covers are in excellent, undamaged condition and the spine is in beautiful shape. The original owner's name is written in pencil on the front cover and there are some lesson pencil marks inside. This is one of the original American drum method books written by one of the most famous drummer's of his era, Harry A. Bower. Printed by the John Church Company of Philadelphia, this rare book will make a great companion piece for a vintage Bower drum or will become the centerpiece for any vintage music collection.
