This 21 7/8” “K” Zildjian Istanbul medium ride cymbal has an early trademark weighing and weighs 2,400 grams. The surface is completely original never having been cleaned. The plate has a flat profile and relatively small bell. It has a terrific wash, complex overtones, and good stick definition. This cymbal will be the star of any drummer's collection of old K's. It plays nicely with other cymbals but really stands out as a ride cymbal should. It's sound is reminiscent of the cymbals Elvin Jones recorded with. There is some slight keyholing but no nicke or chips. his is a truly great cymbal for the jazz drummer.
