Hinger Private Collection Now Available
A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
As shown in the attached 1941 Leedy catalog, this is a full set of 5 red, black, and gold Leedy temple blocks and All-In-One temple block rail. This version of the All-In-One rail does not use individual temple block clamps, each block attaches directly to the rail with a thumb screw and plate. This system makes the blocks much easier to set up. Each of the five temple blocks has their original Leedy script logo decal intact. The nickel plating on the rail is in good overall, as found condition. All of the hardware is in good working order and completely original. There are no cracks in any of the blocks . The set has a very nice evenly graduated set of intervals. The trap rail divides into two pieces for easy packing. This is a rare piece that will make a beautiful center piece to any vintage Leedy outfit.
