As shown in the attached drawing from the 1941 Leedy catalog, this is an example of the 'Famous" X-L bass drum pedal offered by Leedy through the 1940's. It is a fully functional, completely original pedal that is in excellent overall condition. The black paint on the pedal body is in great condition and there is little to no wear on the footboard. This is a great pedal that will make a nice addition to any vintage Leedy outfit or vintage pedal collection.
