Hinger Private Collection Now Available
A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
This is a nice set of Leedy bells with 1 ¼” bars in their original folding case. New line has been added to the key beds to help suspend the bars and improve their sustaining time. The bars are in very good condition with only the slightest signs of wear. The original folding case makes this set of orchestra bells easily transportable and takes up less space in an orchestra pit. The case is in excellent condition except that the original leather handle has been replaced with a leather belt. Original sets of Leedy orchestra bells in this condition are hard to find today. This set will make a great addition to any working percussionist's collection of instruments.
