This is a complete set of Ludwig tuned cowbells with holder from the early 1920's. As shown in the attached 1922 Ludwig catalog, this set of four graduated cowbells is tuned to a major triad. The four cowbells are suspended from a holder that clamps to the bass drum counterhoop or a trap table so they are easily accessible from the drummer's throne. All four cowbells are in great shap. They have been painted with a thin coat of black paint to match a black counterhoop but this can easily be removed if desired. The nickel plated cowbell mount is also in great shape with a clear Ludwig & Ludwig logo stamped into the top. Complete tuned sets of cowbells from the early 1920's are hard to find and will make a great addition to any period outfit.
