Hard to find Ludwig & Ludwig Super-Sensitive snare drum in all original, superb condition. There are no significant dings or blemishes on the shell. Complete with original top snares and snare guards, two parts often missing from these drums. This drum includes a calf skin top head and gut/wire (6/4) combination snares on the bottom. This drum was owned by Bill Wanser, former principal percussion with The Phoenix Symphony – retired, and used with the orchestra. The drum has that great old warm sound of a brass shell making it an excellent drum for a player or a collector. This is a great sounding, great looking drum that any drummer will be proud to own.
