Product Code: TRE60Ludwig & Ludwig model no. 515 3-tone metal Train and Boat Whistle. As shown in the attached 1930 Ludwig catalog, this metal train whistle was a mainstay in the Ludwig catalogs through the 1930s. It is one of the best sounding train whistle imitations from this period. This whislte produces a loud clear sound and is impossible to overblow. The whistle measuers 7 1/4" x 4 1/2" and is a heavy nickel plated brass that feels sturdy. These are hard to find today and will make a nice addition to any vintage traps and sound effects collection.
