This is an all original Ralph Kester "Ching-Ring" complete with Ludwig clutch to mount to a hi-hat stand. These Ching-Ring effects were very popular in the 1960's and listed in most of the major US drum company catalogs. The ching-ring attaches to the center rod of a hi-hat and produces a tambourine jingle sound, common to in 1960's pop music, each time the hi-hat is closed. This ching ring is all original and in perfect working order. There are no missing jingles or repairs. There is a small amount of oxidation on the jingles that can be easily cleaned if desired. This ching ring will make the perfect addition to any 1960's vintage outfit.
