This is a super rare, early wooden double bass drum pedal with twin beaters. This early pedal is in perfect working order with all original moving parts in as found condition. The metal base, rubber tread covered wooden footboards and wooden rotors are all completely original. One of the beater balls is wooden while the other is made of spun felt. The wooden ball likely had a lambswoll cover at one time. One of the beater shafts may have been replaced at some point in the past.  A new lambswool cover can easily be added if desired. The base measures 14 1/2"  in length by 5 1/4" wide with an overall height of 14".  All metal parts have a nice patina but little to no surface rust. All of the wooden parts are in excellent condition with a beautiful patina and no cracks or breaks. These pedals are incredibly rare and this one will make a nice addition to any pedal or drum collection.
