This is a Premier Everplay, Pre-International sized 16" tom tom head in new old stock (NOS) condition. Premier made pre-international sized drums prior to 1967. The actual diameter of this head in inches is 16 5/16". Still in it's original plastic sleave and in perfect condition. This hard to find head will is perfect for the player of vintage Premier drums.
