Hinger Private Collection Now Available
A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
Rare, early Slingerland "Radio King" floor cymbal stand. As shown in the attached 1951 Slingerland catalog, this is one of the earliest version of a Slingerland floor cymbal stand. Fully adjustable, telescoping stand, as used by Gene Krupa. These early stands do no have a tilting cymbal attachment at the top of the top section. The nickel plating on this stand is in good to very good condition overall. The rubber feet are replacements. All section of the stand and folding legs work perfectly. The lef rivets are tight and the stand is sturdy. Great addition to a late cloud badge or early large oval Radio King outfit.
