Hinger Private Collection Now Available

A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
This is an interesting 1979 Slingerland National Drum Contest program. The contest finals were held in Las Vegas on December 2, 1979. Hosted at UNLV with master of ceremonies Wayne Newton, it featured Louie Bellson along with judges Peter Erskine and Doc Severinsen. This mint condition program lists all of the finalist and semi-finalists from the contest along with their pictures and bios. This is a cool piece of late 20th century Slingerland memorabilia.
