This is a terrific, completely original, WFL Super Classic bass drum from the mid-1950's in beautiful red sparkle wrap. It comes complete with it's full complement of original nickel plated hardware including folding spurs, rail mount, cymbal arm mount and all 20 of its tension rods and hooks. Even its original calf skin heads are still present. The red sparkle wrap is in excellent overall condition. There is one cigarette burn mark on the top as so common with these working drums from the 1950's. There is a very small amount of paint loss on the counter hoops and some tape residue in a few spots that will clean up easily. The seams are tight and all of the inlay is in tact. This drum will make a great centerpiece to build a vintage WFL kit around or will be the perfect addition to an existing outfit.
