Hinger Private Collection Now Available

A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
This is a Ludwig Tunable practice pad from the 1970's in excellent condition. The Ludwig tunable practice pad, introduced in the late 1960's is probably the nicest, most responsive practice pad ever made. This pad is the smaller, 8" diameter pad. It is all original including the Ludwig ensemble head. It has its original rubber feet mounted to the bottom. This model pad can be attached to a cymbal stand using the threaded attachment on the bottom and can be tuned with a standard drum key. The head has one tiny tear but the pad is in excellent condition overall and is a joy to play making this a nice addition for a practice pad collection or for a practicing drummer.
