Hinger Private Collection Now Available

A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
Rare and beautiful example of one of the earliest High Hats produced by the Leedy & Ludwig company in the early 1950's. These stands were only produced for a few years so they are very hard to find today. This high hat is all original with the original friction clutch. All original rubber feet and clear Leedy & Ludwig logo on the cast aluminum footboard. The nickel plating is in excellent condition and the stand works smoothly. A slightly later version of this stand is shown in the attached picture from the 1953 Leedy & Ludwig catalog. This is a must have stand for any player or collector of Leedy & Ludwig drums.
