Hinger Private Collection Now Available
A rare opportunity to own memorabilia and personal instruments collected and played by Fred D Hinger, famous percussionist/timpanist. This collection also includes unique instruments and protoypes developed for the Hinger Touch Tone Corporation.
Here is a Ludwig 8” tambourine from the 1960s with a hard rock maple shell and single row of bright jingles. This is a nice, solid maple shell tambourine with 7 pairs of silver jingles for delicate passages of music. It still has its original head although there is a repair made in order to preserve the head and the original Ludwig logo stamped on the underside of the skin. The shell shows wear but is still very solid with no issues other than one small pin hole that does not go all the way through the shell. A nice tambourine to add to your concert toolbox.
